TERMS & CONDITIONS...

Agreement:

The client will be provided with (2) copies of the terms and conditions and once a signed copy is provided to us, work on the project will begin.  The other copy is for the client to retain for their records.  The client agrees to provide Progeny Designs all necessary text, images and company information for building the site, and for it to be provided in a timely manner.  Once the down payment is received then work will proceed based on the agreed upon design specifications.

Pricing:

The client will be provided a written quote for all charges and upon receipt by Progeny Designs of the 100% payment, the project will be started.  The client has 24 hours (from receipt of payment) in which to cancel the project to receive a full refund of the down payment. After this time period, it will be non-refundable.

Final Content Review:

The client will review the completed project and make any minor changes pertaining to the original content of the site upon completion. Furthermore, they will have within seven (7) days of completion to make any minor changes to the project at no cost. This DOES NOT INCLUDE creation of new images, additions of new contents/ features, scanning or rescanning of images, etc.

Payment:

The client will receive an invoice upon completion of the project. PAYPAL, money order or cash are acceptable.

Copyright:

The client retains the copyright to data, files, and graphic logos provided by the client.  The customer grants Progeny Designs the rights to publish and use such material.  Any custom work and/or logos designed by Progeny Designs for use on the client’s site will remain the property of Progeny Designs.

Completed Design Credit:

The client approves the presence of a link to Progeny Designs appearing at the bottom of the site pages.
